**STUDENT CONFERENCES**
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Students are to be present as well!
1:00 dismissal Tuesday and Wednesday

Math:
●• Ch. 3 Test scheduled for Wednesday, 28th. Study guide was distributed today!
●• We began Math Pentathlon today. We will play these games every Friday. Contig 60 is our focus for 4 weeks now.

Reading:
●• We finished Bud, Not Buddy today!
A culminating project will be assigned Monday, and we will test over the novel when we return from fall break.

Religion:
●• Remember to be practicing the Hail Mary. This week we prayed the rosary as a school and took a short quiz over the rosary.

Vocab/Spelling:
●• None next week due to short week.

English:
●• Writing- We will begin our expository pieces on Monday. Students will write an informational piece and then present/demonstrate the “how to” guide to the class.
●• Grammar- Identifying direct and indirect objects

Social Studies:
●• We are learning about the Native Americans in all areas of the United States.
We began building our Native American shelter models. We will finish on Monday!

Science:
●• Moving on to Ch. 5: Interactions of Living Things

Miscellaneous…
●• Day of the Dead activities at Indiana State Museum Friday Oct. 30th – if you are interested please call or email Janet Panoch (Leo’s mom)
